The Alignment Code is a book and leadership program created by Bart Taverne and Jennifer Branig. This website (thealignmentcode-book.com) is operated by KoatchUs on their behalf. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at bart@pathwaytosuccess.be.

2. What data we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

Full name — to address you personally.
Email address — to send you updates about the book and program launch.
Phone number (optional) — for WhatsApp updates if you choose to provide it.
Survey responses — brief answers about your leadership journey and interests, to tailor our communications.

We do not collect any sensitive personal data, payment information, or data about minors.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to:

Send you a confirmation email upon joining the waitlist.
Notify you about the book launch, the 90-Day Alignment Code Program, and related updates.
Invite you to exclusive Q&As and leadership circles (if you opted in).

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How we store your data

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (cloud database hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States) and managed in Resend (email platform) for communications. Both services employ industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or until you request deletion.

5. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party advertising scripts. No cookie consent banner is required.

6. Your rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where relevant), you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Delete your data at any time.
Unsubscribe from communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
